We kicked off June with a fresh thyme Gin & Tonic with mint. This refreshing cocktail was made with herbs from the garden and our favorite, Malfy gin. We partnered with cc.boone to create a summer tablescape with a Mediterranean flair that showed off the cool cocktail colors and of course, RP jewels. We used fresh thyme and mint from the garden! Topped each glass with both as well for a finishing touch.
Fresh squeezed lime, mint, thyme, gin muddled together and poured over ice. Top with your favorite tonic water.
