Rebecca Pinto will be happy to accept return of your item, unworn and in its original condition, within 10 days after items are delivered. We will offer store credit or refund with an approved return authorization. All custom orders are FINAL SALE.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Purchases under $300: $10

Purchase under $301: $15

International Shipping: $50

All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS for PO Boxes upon completion of your handmade purchase. If any items need expedited shipping please contact support@rebeccapinto.com and we will be happy to assist you.

To preserve the luster of your gold and sterling silver jewelry, avoid exposure to household bleach and other cleaning products, which might cause gold or sterling silver to discolor and possibly disintegrate. All RP products are made of untreated, solid 925 sterling silver, 14KY or 18KY gold so they might have the tendency to tarnish over time. Humidity and frequent handling might play a role in speeding up this process, as well as each individual's skin Ph balance. We recommend that you store your gold and sterling silver jewelry in a safe place when engaging in the below activities:
 

  • Cleaning and gardening
  • Bathing in hot tubs or hot springs
  • Using cosmetic products such as lotion, facial oils, fragrances and hair products
  • Exercising at the gym or while playing contact sports

Rebecca Pinto will repair your pieces within 1 year of purchase at no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear & tear before repairing. Beyond the 1 year warranty, we are happy to repair your RP jewelry for a charge depending on jewelry piece and repair needed.
